Training for Parents

Our sleep workshops aim to support you to make positive changes to your child’s sleep patterns. They are delivered by trained professionals many of who have been sleep deprived parents in the past!

Workshops can provide you with the opportunity to meet other families in similar situations and to gain tips on how to support a better night’s sleep for you and your child.
